We understand that shipping issues can occasionally occur. With MyPerfume.Shop Shipping Protection, your fragrance order is fully protected against loss, damage, or delivery problems. Additionally, you'll receive priority customer support, ensuring swift resolution of any covered claims.
What's Included?
By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is safeguarded against:
- ✅ Lost Packages – If your parcel is lost during transit, we will promptly arrange a solution.
- ✅ Damaged Items – If items arrive damaged, we'll ensure you're taken care of quickly.
- ✅ Priority Support – Receive expedited customer support for all covered issues.
How to File a Claim
In the event of an issue, please notify us as soon as possible:
- 📅 Lost Packages – Report within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- 📸 Damaged Items – Report within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To facilitate a prompt resolution, please provide the following details:
- ✔️ Order Number
- ✔️ Proof of Purchase
- ✔️ Photographic Evidence (required for damaged items)
- ✔️ Shipping Carrier Confirmation (for lost parcels, if available)
Important: Claims submitted beyond these timeframes may not be accepted.
Resolution Options
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- 🚀 Replacement Item – A new item shipped to you promptly.
- 💰 Store Credit – Available for immediate use at MyPerfume.Shop.
- 💳 Refund – Provided if a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable.
Note: The cost of Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable.
Exclusions – What's Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- ❌ Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
- ❌ Parcels marked as "Delivered" by the courier (unless there is clear evidence of theft or misdelivery).
- ❌ Buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with the fragrance or product choice.
- ❌ Delays or issues due to natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
- ❌ Claims reported after the specified deadlines.
Fair Use and Fraud Prevention
To ensure fairness and integrity, we reserve the right to investigate all claims thoroughly and may deny any claims found to be fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, we may:
- Decline the claim
- Suspend customer accounts (in serious cases)
- Pursue legal action, if deemed necessary

Dispatch Timescales
- Due to high demand, some products may not be immediately available.
- We order as you do, ensuring fresh and up-to-date products.
- Add 1-3 working days for processing.

Domestic Shipping Estimates
- Free Shipping: All orders over £80.
- Standard (Up to 20kg): 2-4 business days.
- Express (Up to 20kg): 1-3 business days.
- Express (Over 20kg): 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
- Weight-based pricing.
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

- Express Couriers: Royal Mail, Spring GDS, Post NL, DPD, or FedEx.
Customs & Duties
- Non-EU Customers: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT). These are not covered by MyPerfumeShop.
- EU Customers: As of July 1st, 2021, we're IOSS registered. VAT is paid at checkout. Custom duties may still apply. Learn more on our IOSS page.
