Great for those who like toners

My Skin: Pale, dry, sun-damaged, sensitive My AM Routine: Wash/exfoliate in the shower, serum, moisturizer with SPF My PM Routine: Clean and/or Remove makeup with Micellar Water and cotton round, serum, heavier overnight moisturizer This product came with very little packaging and no inner seal under the cap, which was surprising for the brand/price. It is also a bit cloudy which doesn't quite match photos of the product online so I hope that isn't an indication that it's old or contaminated. I used it on a cotton ball in the evening after cleaning my face and before applying serum. It had little- to no scent and is probably the best toner that I've ever used in terms of how it left my skin feeling and looking. With that being said, I don't typically use toners because my pores are already quite small and toners don't really hydrate my already dry skin. IF you are someone who likes using toners then this is likely a product that you would like. Considering how much product you use at a time, I feel that the $45.60 asking price is high for the quantity. But the Kiehl brand is high-end so I only deducted one star for that from my rating.

Helps my skin glow

I was afraid this would be like a micellar water, but it's not. It had an iridescent tint to it in the bottle, and is lightly scented like lavender, which was very soothing. I really noticed my skin looking brighter right away. I used this after washing my face, and it still removed some of the remaining makeup I missed. I didn't have any irritation, just a nice natural glow after a few days. Kiehls is a very good brand, and this brightening water has a very high quality look and feel to it. Very happy with this.
