This looks and smells exactly like repellant I have used in the past which has been extremely effective. Tests so far seem good and it does what it should. Good value bottle with the only issue being that a spray would have been better and easier to apply than a tilt top bottle.

This insect repellent lotion is amazing. I recently got this the day before I went away on my holiday and I was away for three days and I useD this pretty much everyday whilst abroad. It doesn't sting at all unlike some previous ones, which I've used. It absorbed into the skin very quickly and didn't have a strange 'medicine' like smell which is ver common with other products of a similar nature. You get 50ml which will last you sometime. I think it would last for like a 2 week  holiday depending on how much you're using. I applied this about three times in a 24 hour period as it gives you protection for upto 7 hours. It's very reasonably priced at £7.99. Highly recommended!

To Buy Or Not To Buy

This repellent is in a small bottle with push button top, where it opens on one side so that you can extract the lotion. It's a nice aroma, I could smell the citrus of the citronella, which I think is a lovely smell, but the biters don't seem to like! It's a cream which absorbs well into the skin. They say you can use it as a moisturiser, but it will also act as a repellent for between 5-7 hours. Unfortunately we don't have any biting insects out just now so I can't test for that, but as it's similar in smell to other natural deterrents, I suspect it will be effective. I did a patch test, just to make sure I wasn't allergic to any of the ingredients, and I was fine, and rather liked the lotion itself. All in all it looks promising. If it doesn't perform during midge season I will update my review but for now, it looks good and I'm happy to recommend this DEET free formulation.

This lotion is very good. It absorbs into my skin

This lotion is very good. It absorbs into my skin well and has no adverse effects on my skin. You only need a small amount. It has a strong citrus/tea tree/menthol scent which is clearly going to deter the mosquitos. It's great that it's a natural, DEET-free formula as you can use it and keep your eco conscience!
