Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Shipping Method: Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days. (Monday – Friday) using Royal Mail & DPD.

We offer worldwide international shipping, and the final mile delivery in each country is handled by the following postal services:

  • Spain - Correos , delivery time 5-7 working days
  • Portugal - Correos, delivery time 6-8 working days
  • Italy - Batolini, delivery times 5-7 working days
  • Netherlands - DPD, delivery time 2-4 working days
  • Belgium - DPD, delivery time 3-5 working days
  • Germany - DPD, delivery time 3-5 working days
  • Sweden - Bring, delivery time 4-6 working days
     Only delivered to a collection point, meaning that no delivery to residential address is available. You'll need to provide a valid BRING collection point (https://www.bring.se/karta) when placing youtrder.
  • Denmark - Bring, delivery time 3-5 working days
    Only delivered to a collection point. You must provide a valid BRING collection point (https://www.bring.dk/find-service) when placing your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 18 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@myperfume.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping timescales can vary greatly depending on the destination and extraneous variables.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For customers in the UK, all orders are shipped directly from within the UK, meaning there are no customs charges or import duties.

For customers in Europe, orders are fulfilled from our hub in the Netherlands, ensuring smooth and hassle-free delivery without additional customs fees or delays.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@myperfume.shop 
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, following our return policy guidelines.

Shipping Status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Using the tracking number provided at checkout, you can directly access real-time information about your shipment.

  2. Efficiency: They have the most recent tracking information.
  3. Speed: They can initiate immediate resolutions.

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt. This is a crucial step that will help expedite the claims process and allow us to resolve the issue more effectively with our shipping partners.
